2 治療方法

3 療效觀察

3.1 療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

降壓療效根據(jù)衛(wèi)生部頒發(fā)的《藥物臨床研究指導(dǎo)原則》療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。顯效：舒張壓下降10mmHg以上，并降至正常，或下降20mmHg以上；有效：舒張壓下降10～19mmHg或下降雖未達(dá)10mmHg，但已降至正常；無效：血壓下降未到有效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

3.2 動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測

對患者分別于治療前24小時(shí)，治療當(dāng)天及治療后7天進(jìn)行3次動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測。使用美國產(chǎn)MO-BIL-O-GRAPH24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測儀，間隔30分鐘自動(dòng)測量1次血壓及心率。設(shè)定早6點(diǎn)～晚22點(diǎn)為白晝時(shí)間，晚22點(diǎn)到次日早6點(diǎn)為夜間。以白晝血壓大于收縮壓(SBP)140mmHg，舒張壓(DBP)90mmHg的次數(shù)占白晝?nèi)繙y定次數(shù)的百分比為白晝血壓負(fù)荷(%)，夜間血壓大于SBP125mmHg、DBP80mmHg的次數(shù)占夜間全部測定次數(shù)的百分比為夜間血壓負(fù)荷(%)。以1天治療前血壓下降值(谷)，除以治療后血壓最大下降值(峰)即為谷/峰(T/P)。各組數(shù)據(jù)間比較用兩樣本均數(shù)顯著性檢驗(yàn)。

3.3 結(jié)果

(1)治療1周后，30例患者中，顯效9例，占30.0%；有效12例，占40.0%；無效9例，占30.0%?？傆行?0.0%。

(2)針刺白環(huán)俞后當(dāng)天及第7天患者24小時(shí)平均血壓、白晝(d)血壓和夜間(n)血壓，白晝血壓負(fù)荷和夜間血壓負(fù)荷都有明顯下降(P50%，詳見表1。

在翻譯過程中，一般分為兩大類，一類是漢語翻譯為英語，另一類是英語翻譯成漢語，但無論是漢譯英還是英譯漢，都必須重視不同詞性在不同語境下的轉(zhuǎn)化，必須考慮漢語和英語的表達(dá)習(xí)慣和句子結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性。

1.漢譯英的詞類轉(zhuǎn)換

英語和漢語由于語言產(chǎn)生的文化背景不同，在語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯用法上有很多差別，因此在英語翻譯中很多謂語動(dòng)詞有很多時(shí)態(tài)和語態(tài)的變化，還有很多名詞活用為動(dòng)詞的情況。而且在漢語中，一般會(huì)使用動(dòng)詞來描述動(dòng)作，但英語中只能有一個(gè)謂語動(dòng)詞，所以就會(huì)出現(xiàn)名詞動(dòng)用的情況，這時(shí)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)相互之間的詞性的轉(zhuǎn)化。所以在翻譯過程中，不僅要了解詞匯的含義，還必須考慮英語的表達(dá)習(xí)慣，有時(shí)為了翻譯的順暢和語境的需要，必須在翻譯的過程中轉(zhuǎn)換詞性。

（1）動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為名詞

漢語中一個(gè)長句子中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)多個(gè)動(dòng)詞，但英語中無論長句和短句都只允許出現(xiàn)一個(gè)謂語動(dòng)詞，所以漢譯英時(shí)常常需要把漢語里的動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化成英語里的名詞，使翻譯更加流暢、通順。例如：His drawing of children is exceptionally good.必須把畫畫draw轉(zhuǎn)換為動(dòng)名詞形式。

（2）動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為介詞短語

在漢語中介詞的運(yùn)用只起到修飾作用，使用頻率低。而在英語中，介詞使用的概率比較大，很多介詞是由動(dòng)詞詞性演變而來，他們既可以單獨(dú)使用，也可以與動(dòng)詞搭配成介詞短語。所以在漢譯英時(shí)，必須注意把動(dòng)詞翻譯成介詞。

（3）漢語動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為英語形容詞

漢語表達(dá)中習(xí)慣用動(dòng)詞來表達(dá)情感和狀態(tài)，但在漢譯英中，必須把這些動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)換為形容詞，通常采用“be+形容詞”的方式來表達(dá)。例如：It is the first time for me to be away from home，so I am homesick very much.（這是我第一次離開家，所以現(xiàn)在我非常想家）。

2.英譯漢的詞類轉(zhuǎn)換

（1）英語的動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)換為漢語的名詞

（2）英語的名詞、形容詞轉(zhuǎn)換為漢語的動(dòng)詞

英語中通常用形容詞來表示態(tài)度和情感的變化，這些詞如果在句子中作表語，必須要轉(zhuǎn)換為動(dòng)詞。

（3）英語中的名詞與形容詞的轉(zhuǎn)換
